This delicate Japanese plate has the pattern of an open chrysanthemum, with softly raised petals running around the edge. The pale blush-pink glaze is beautiful and subtle.
Use it for small side dishes, sushi, pickles, fruit, cake, pastries, chocolates or afternoon snacks. It also makes a beautiful little bread or butter plate, or simply a pretty place for something sweet alongside your coffee.
